Psychiatric Hospital Demolition and Site Restoration. The DPMC is soliciting evidence of interest, classification, and pre-qualification from Construction Manager as Constructor (C006) or, General Contractor (C008) or, Demolition Contractor (C021) with substantial experience in the demolition of multi-building sites to include, but not limited to, on-site recycling operations, hazardous building materials removal and disposal, environmental clean-up experience.
