The scope of Work contemplated for the above-named Project includes the demolition of vacant houses and sites at 103 (Block 55/Lot 1), 105 (Block 55/Lot 1), and 109 (Block 55/Lot 3) Raritan Avenue, and at 138 (Block 56/Lot 3) Center Avenue. The work also includes demolition of a framed garage and site at 111 (Block 55/Lot 4) Raritan Avenue and property clearing at 117 (Block 55/Lot 5) Raritan Avenue. Both 111 and 117 Raritan Avenue are located south of House 109 Raritan Avenue to East Shore Street, as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents.
