The work specified under this contract shall consist of the following general types: 1. Asbestos Removal 2. AST Removal 3. Demolition/Removal of Debris 4. Concrete Management 5. Cleaning of Site 6. Abandon Septic System 7. Topsoil and Seeding 8. Grading The contractor shall demolish the E.P.C. Building, two trailers, footing and related accessories (i.e. walks, walls, pads clean ravine; does not include the parking lot) on property, properly dispose of all materials, clean, fill, topsoil, final grade and see the site.
