The proposed work consists of but is not limited to: Demolition of the abandoned Water Treatment Plant Building, Field Office Building (including Well House No. 3 Room), 1.0 million gallon potable water ground storage tank and associated booster pump station, and elevated 0.2 million gallon potable water elevated storage tank. Construction of a 3,600 SF Warehouse Building, Booster Pump Station, 2.0 million gallon potable water storage standpipe, and site improvements such as a new roadway, site lighting, parking areas, landscaping and fencing.
