Chester Borough: Demolition of Structures.The scope of Work contemplated for the above named Project includes the Demolition of Structures including a Two Story Building (about 30 feet by 40 feet), a Two Story Former Lucent Building (about 45 feet by 130 feet), and a Storage Building (about 28 feet by 38 feet) and related site items located at 50 North Road, Borough of Chester, NJ. The demolition includes removal and disposal of hazardous materials, removal of the structures footing and foundations, disconnection of utilities, providing clean fill and soil erosion measures, as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents.
