Atlantic County Improvement Authority: Emergency Demolition Contractors. The Atlantic County Improvement Authority is seeking qualified respondents capable of providing demolition services for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects located primarily in the City of Atlantic City, New Jersey. A pool of qualified demolition contractors will be generated from the replies submitted to this RFQ. The successful respondents included in the pool will then be invited to reply to a Request for Proposals and submit sealed bids for the demolition of properties as identified and cleared for demolition. From those replies, one respondent will be selected to produce the final product. Respondents to this RFQ shall be demolition contractors that have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the demolition of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties in rural and in urban settings.
