USNH: Demolition of KSC's Owl's Nest 6 & 7. The University System of New Hampshire (USNH), representing Keene State College (KSC) Physical Plant Department, is requesting bids for the demolition of Owl's Nest 6 & 7. These wood framed structures were built in the early 70's with the intent they would be temporary and have since fallen into disrepair and are no longer being supported by KSC. The scope of work for potential demolition contractors would include demolition of the two buildings, including the foundation footings and slabs, and removing the material from the site. KSC will separately contract the utility disconnections, site restoration, and hazardous material abatement
