Demolition of foundation and concrete slab-on-grade and removal of utilities below slab-on-grade. 5. Demolish three dual fuel boilers 6. Cut and cap all below transmission lines 7. Completely drain HTHW lines 8. Completely remove above ground HTHW transmission lines and concrete support structures 9. Completely remove all valve pits and 10. Site improvements. 11. Turn over all excess granite curbing to the Government. 12. Demolish all storage tanks, fuel transfer lines, and support structures 13. Abate all asbestos on all above ground heat lines and fittings in valve pits.
