This contract provides for the demolition of the property located at 7 Hillcrest Avenue in the City of Nashua. All buildings have been inspected for hazardous building materials and reports summarizing the findings can be found in Appendix 1. Abatement will be completed under Item 2 in this contract prior to beginning the actual building demolition.
