MANCHESTER: (RFQ) PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR THE YEAR 2017. Department of Aviation will accept Pre-qualification Statements from contractors interested in bidding on upcoming construction projects at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport during calendar year 2017. Miscellaneous Building Demolition Building Demolition consists of small homes and miscellaneous small structure demolition and site restoration as may be identified by the Airport. Contractor shall be expected to maximize salvage of each facility to be demolished. Contractor shall be responsible for disconnecting any utilities and coordinating same with utility companies and municipalities as required. Site restoration is expected to include removal of foundations and loaming and seeding as necessary. Estimated contract amounts will vary based on the number of buildings, but are expected to be less than $200,000.
