[font=Times New Roman][size=3]This is a Sources Sought Notice for Large and Small Business concerns under which the General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking qualified Large and Small Business Concerns for a contract for Construction of a New Port of Entry Campus at the Cornwall Bridge, Massena, New York. The Scope of Work is generally described as follows but not limited to: 1. Site/Civil Construction a. Demolition and removal of existing site features, roadways and bridges, cutting, capping and reconnection of existing utilities, b. Clearing, grubbing and de-watering, grading and drainage c. New roadway construction subject to NYS DOT standards and requirements, d. Alteration and improvement to NYS Rte 37, St. Lawrence County Rte 45, Cornwall bridge access road, subject to NYS Department of Transportation standards and requirements, e. Parking areas inclusive of paving, traffic control devices, pavement striping, parking accessories, f. Pedestrian walkways, g. Internal campus roadways, h. Drainage infrastructure, i. Utility connections to building infrastructure, j. Water supply k. Equipment pads, l. Fencing, m. Landscaping, wetland reconstruction, removal of hazardous materials if encountered n. Traffic control devices, o. Signage, p. Exterior lighting, q. Site utility infrastructure systems, vaults, equipment pads and foundations, alterations to existing systems, connection to building systems. 2. Building construction: shell and core, interior fit-out, furniture and equipment including but not limited to: a. 2-story administration building, b. 1-story Maintenance garage and offices c. Secondary vehicular inspection building, toilet facilities and canopy d. Non-intrusive inspection facility (NII) e. Primary Inspection Plazas including commercial and non-commercial inspection booths and associated canopies f. Hazardous materials containment area g. Demolition and removal of existing structures and abatement of hazardous materials 3. Special requirements: including but not limited to a. Progressive collapse, b. Bullet resistant assemblies, c. LEED certification. d. Security infrastructure: the project scope will include infrastructure and power for the security equipment both on the site and within the buildings. The equipment and equipment wiring will be furnished and installed under a separate contract with CBP. It is incumbent upon the contractor to cooperate and coordinate with the CBP contractor in order to provide seamless, on-time delivery. The estimated value of the work to be performed shall fall in the price range is between $50,000,000.00 to $100,000,000.00. [/size][/font]
