LINCOLN: (RFP) Cather|Pound|CPN Dining Abatement & Demolition-11262. The University of Nebraska-Lincoln seeks abatement, demolition, implosion, removal of fixed equipment & furnishings, removal of rubble and debris; site restoration, and related site utility abandonment services for three buildings, constructed in 1963, on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln City Campus. Buildings included are the thirteen (13) story Cather and Pound Residence Halls, and two (2) story CPN Dining Center. The three structures include approx. 245,000 GSF (Gross Sq. Ft), and are located at 513 N. 17th, 527 N. 17th, and 609 N. 17th St., in Lincoln, NE. The project will commence in June 2017, with implosion of the two 13 story structures anticipated to occur in May 2018, and completed by early August 2018
