Water Storage Reservoir. Furnishing and installing the following work: Mobilization, bonding, and insurance for all Project work shown on the drawings including: site work; excavation, borrow, fill, and aggregate base to install and support a new approximate 300,000 gallon reservoir. Project includes furnishing and installing all related water process piping, concrete vault, fittings, and valves; overflow; finishes; fences, seeding, other restoration, erosion control; and miscellaneous related construction, equipment, and appurtenances. Contract also includes rehabilitation of the existing 190,000 gallon ground storage reservoir, including: interior, sand blasting, prime and finish coating, exterior lettering of City name, and clean-up of debris. Contract also includes an alternate for demolition and removal of the existing 50,000 gallon elevated storage reservoir, including: dust control; lead paint testing; disposal of steel, foundations, and coating on steel; and restoration of site, dirtwork, and seeding.
