**FEDERAL BID** Demolition Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) - The site of the work is Grand Forks Air Force Base (GFAFB), ND. Demolition tasks for each delivery order include (but not limited to) Removal and disposal of identified buildings. For each delivery order, the contractor will be informed of the suspected presence and quantity of hazardous materials within the project area. This information shall be provided by the Government in order to establish a more accurate scope of work. The Government shall not be held liable for this information and this does not relieve the Contractor from completing the required hazardous material survey as identified in the specifications.
