ROCKINGHAM COUNTY: ABANDONED MANUFACTURED HOME REMOVALS AND DEMOLITIONS PROGRAM Rockingham County has been awarded this grant in order to assist citizens in the removal of these uninhabitable homes. This request for proposal will allow contractors to bid on removing these homes on behalf of Rockingham County. These homes will not beable to be transported and must be demolished on site. You will need at a minimum equipment to demolish the home and equipment to transport the materials to the appropriate destinations as well as adequate labor.SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, machinery, labor and supervision necessary for the demolition work on the above properties.
