RALEIGH: Demolition at 3500, 3504, and 3510 Harden Road: Work includes demolition of existing structures, including existing homes with porches, decks, sheds, and abandonment of associated utilities. This demolition contract includes all work to completely demolish the structures at 3500, 3504, and 3510 Harden Road. The City contracted separately for asbestos abatement at 3510 Harden Road. The asbestos abatement will be completed prior to the notice to proceed being issued on this project. Proof of complete asbestos abatement and final clearance shall be provided to the demolition contractor at the issuance of the notice to proceed. Some of the structures may contain lead paint.
