Manteo: College of the Albemarle Dare County Campus project This project includes demolition of existing structures (Old Manteo Middle School) at the Roanoke Island Campus in Manteo, NC. This demolition will include the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing building materials, then continuing to demo the remaining structures totaling approximately 63,000 SF to the slab on grade elevation. All existing buildings to be demoed are single story structures. This scope of work does not include any demolition of underground activities. Principal trade and specialty contractors are solicited for the following Bid Packages: BP205 - Demolition & Abatement. Additional Packages may be added and/or deleted at the discretion of the Construction Manager. Historically underutilized business participation is encouraged.
