Fayetteville: Prequalification - Single-Prime General Contractors: The City of Fayetteville, NC is soliciting all interested General Contractors to pre qualify to bid The Fayetteville Regional Airport Airline Terminal Improvements Part 1 project. This project includes replacement of Concourse A and the Security Checkpoint / Restaurant Connector. A future Part 2 construction project will start prior to completion of this project that will include additions to the Main Terminal entrances, renovations to the Main Terminal, and B Concourse, and repositioning of the main driveway drop off road to accommodate the new entrance additions. The Part 1 construction work will be bid and awarded to a Pre-qualified Single prime General Contractor and constructed in phases over approximately 18 months to allow the Airport to remain fully operational at all times (this is not a solicitation for the Part 2 project).
