Demolition and Site Restoration Services – 9 Department of Water Management Properties; Contractors proposals for the demolition of multiple structures and subsequent site restoration on nine (9) DWM-owned properties. The structures to be demolished include single family residences, septic systems, wells, and associated outbuildings. The Submission of Proposal shall include a description of work performed under prior contracts involving demolition of residential properties including abandonment of wells, septic systems, related utility disconnections, and coordination with state and local permitting authorities, in addition to grading and site stabilization.
