The Service Provider shall provide demolition services for various projects including residential and non-residential structures, with or without asbestos. The Service Provider shall be in compliance with all Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT), State and Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), North Carolina Division of Natural Resources (NCDNR) and Occupational and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
