Central Piedmont Community College : Kratt Hall Building and Double Door Inn Demolition *REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION - Rodgers will accept Trade Contractor prequalification applications for the demolition of the Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) Kratt Hall Building and the Double Door Inn. The prequalification deadline for submission is no later than Friday, October 14, 2016 by 5:00 PM. The project includes the demolition and removal of two existing building structures and associated hazardous materials, appurtenances, facilities and services located on the CPCC's Central in Charlotte, N.C. The project will include demolition and removal of the Kratt Hall Building located at 1320 Sam Ryburn Walk and the Double Door Inn located at 1218 Charlottetowne Avenue, both in Charlotte, N.C. Scheduled bid opening will be in late November 2016 with an approximate demolition schedule commencement date in early January 2017.
