Jackson Street - Removal of structure 5. 207 McCain Street - removal of structure 6. 233 Carrollton Avenue - Secure all windows 7. 703 Hunter Alley - removal of structure 8. 112 Lee Street - removal of structure 9. 329/331 West Johnson Street - removal of structure 10. 709 Rear Cotton/711 Rear Cotton; 713 Cotton A, B, E, & F - removal of structures 11. 113 East Taft Street - removal of structure 12. 109/109 ? East Taft - secure structure and clean 13. 1103 Strong Avenue - secure structure and clean 14. 603 Henderson Street - removal of debris and clean lot 15. 203 4th Street - removal of structure 16. 1008 Strong Avenue - removal of structure 17. 112 East Scott Street - removal of structure 18. 400/402 Ash Street and 404 Ash Street - clean lots and remove structure 19. 309 Rear Bowie Lane - removal of structure 20. 115 McGehee Street - removal of structure 21. 310 9th Street - removal of structure 22. 1101 Leflore Avenue - cut and clean Responsible for any asbestos removal if any is required. The successful bidder must remove building or buildings from the lot and must clean lot completely of all concrete, sills, floors, foundations, tall weeds, dead trees, and all debris; lot should be sprayed with an approved weed/grass killer after cutting; the lot must be left in a reasonable smooth dirt condition; bidder will be responsible for disposal of debris in an approved landfill site and must take this cost into consideration when formulating his bid price. Also, the structures to be secured from illegal entry shall meet the 2012 International Property Maintenance Code Appendix "A" Boarding Standard, a copy of which may be obtained from the Department of Community Development at Greenwood City Hall. The successful bidder must obtain a demolition permit from the Inspection Division at City Hall.
