The project includes the demolition of a nearly 175,000 S.F. metal building known as Warehouse E & F, The intent of the project is to demolish the warehouse completely, leaving the concrete foundation in place and undisturbed. The existing rail system will also remain. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the removal of the warehouse walls, roof and structure complete down to the slab; including the perimeter concrete walls and interior concrete pilasters, all electrical and fire protection. The security system will be removed by Owner prior to start of work. All materials shall be removed from site and properly disposed of. Bids due 12/15
