Zoo Expansion Site Abatement and Demolition project. This project includes the abatement and demolition of the hospital, East parking garage and surrounding buildings. This project will also include miscellaneous site electric and removal of an underground storage tank. Mandatory pre-bid meetings will be held in Monsanto Lecture Hall on the main level of the Living World at 11:00 a.m. on June 26, 2013 and July 3, 2013. Contractors are required to attend one of the two pre-bid meetings. A walkthrough of the buildings will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting where existing conditions and additional information, if any, will be available for review by interested bidders.
