Joplin: 300 Artistic Alley Building Demolition. The Project consists of demolition of an existing building (300 Artistic Alley) underneath the existing Pennsylvania Avenue Bridge. The Bridge is to remain in place but will be closed and out-of-service during demolition operations. The building is a single story structure of multi-wythe brick bearing wall construction. The roof framing has not been identified at this time and may not be intact, since the bridge was built over and through the building (the building was there first).
