MO DOT: Demolish an existing weigh scale building, septic tank, scale, inspection station, curbing and miscellaneous items throughout the Watson Northbound Weigh Scale on I-29, mile marker 121.4. Interested parties will be responsible for removing the structures to two feet below finished grade and disposing of said structures/materials in a proper manner (landfill or salvaging the material). MoDOT shall pump out septic tank. Contractor shall break the bottom of septic tank in such a manner to allow drainage and walls shall be collapsed. Contractor shall grade lot for positive drainage and place a minimum of 6 inches of 1 inch minus rock across the entire lot with the exception of driving areas currently paved with concrete. Asbestos Abatement will be part of this project.
