Valley SRA Building Demo & Site Restoration. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, service, fees, taxes, PCA Demo filing, permits, and all else necessary to demolish and remove offsite all debris to include: (see photos and map in the solicitation). 1. All three buildings(house and garage, house), all concrete pads and foundations building and structures, septic tank removal. 2. Verified by the Contractor Prior to bid, (para 1.012) all dimensions of buildings, foundations, and slabs, and material content, to be demo’d and removed. Bid accepted based on contractor verification. 3. Power to be disconnected from distribution point prior to demo 4. Septic to be pumped and tank removed completely 5. Notice to invasive species under 1.531A of Special Terms, Conditions, And Specifications 6. The Contractor shall grade all removed site slabs foundations and structures with back fill to match existing contours. The excavated foundations shall be back filled with clean granular material to match existing. Grade all disturbed areas to match existing terrain. The site shall be graded to drain as directed by the project manager
