Fergus Falls: Fergus Falls Regional Treatment Center Phase 1 Demolition Package. In general, this Project will consist of demolition of the utility tunnels, Building 2, three (3) gazebos, Building 11, Building 30 and adjacent coal silo, and exterior building envelope repairs to Buildings 1 and 32 to restore weather and water-tight integrity. Also included will be site restoration at these demolition locations consisting of backfilling, compaction, site grading, topsoil, and seeding. The estimated construction cost for this Project is: Base Bid = $621,500; Alternate No. 1 = $152,500; Alternate No. 2 = $119,500; Alternate No. 3 = $165,500.
