The Contract Vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, service, assessment, fees, taxes, and all else necessary to demolish and remove offsite all debris to include: 1. House Foundation, Concrete Slab. 2. Porch Foundation, Concrete Slab. 3. Garage Foundation, Concrete Slab. 4. Concrete Driveway, Turnaround and Footings from Road to Garage. 5. Concrete Sidewalk and Steps Adjacent to House and Garage. 6. Pump Septic System and Remove Tanks. 7. Power Pole Next to Garage. 8. 3 Cloths Lines. 9. Swing Set. 10. Pole Shed and Foundation. 11. Shed and Foundation. 12. All Other Construction Debris and Appliances Located within a15 foot Perimeter of Foundation or Buildings. All dimensions of buildings, foundations, and slabs to be verified by the Contractor. The Contractor shall grade all removed site slabs and foundations with back fill to match existing contours. The excavated foundations shall be back filled with clean granular material. Grade all disturbed areas to match existing terrain.
