The Contractor will provide all the materials, labor and equipment necessary to remove and properly dispose of the existing commercial building, old foundations, surface debris and out buildings/structures. The Contractor will inspect the building for the presence of asbestos or other hazardous materials by a state certified inspector. If hazardous materials are found they will be removed as required by and in accordance with pertinent federal, state and local approved procedures and statutes. The Contractor shall be required to provide full and complete documentation of proper testing and proper disposal of all hazardous materials.
