Whitemore Lake: Woodland Correctional Facility - Hazardous Materials Abatement and Demolition of Three Housing Units. The work for this Contract includes, but ios not limited to, all labor, materials, services, insurance and equipment necessary to carry out the setup, demolition, and site restoration of three former housing units (Olympic Center, Summit Center and Sequoyah Center) and Lemen Road Training Center at Woodland Center Correctional Facility located at 9036 East M-36, Whitemore Lake, Michigan. Also included is the necessary abatement, removal and disposal of hazardous building materials in the form of asbestos containing materials, assumed mercury containing materials, assumed PCB containing materials, assumed freon containing devices, and lead and chromium containing materials, prior to demolition work. Work shall include the removal of all associated dust, dirt, and debris within each regulated area of hazardous containing building materials removal, and the restoration of the demolition site to original grade per Materials Testing Consultants, Inc.
