SCOPE OF WORK: The Work to be completed under this contract includes: Providing all labor, materials, and equipment to: The Work to be completed under this contract includes providing all labor, material, and equipment for final demolition of the structures and restoration of the site at the following locations: Schoolcraft County - Burton Cabin and Delta County - Point DeTour Cabin. The successful bidder will be responsible for the proper removal and disposal of asbestos as indicated in the attached report and removal of the structures, all foundation materials and septic tank(s). The foundation walls are to be removed to three feet below grade and may be placed in basement and buried. Septic tanks shall have the bottoms broken and the walls and cover buried into the tank hole. Site shall be graded and native grass seed mixture applied within 10 days of removal of the structure.
