Camp Brighton Demolition and Site Restoration. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Demolition and removal of approximately nine (9) buildings and structures located around the project site. This includes removal of all mechanical and electrical systems within the buildings and some asbestos abatement. Building construction varies from wood frame, steel frame, and masonry. All material is to be removed from the project site and disposed of properly. All above and underground utilities located within the site are to be removed and/or abandoned in place. The five (5) drainage fields and two (2) rapid infiltration basins are to be abandoned according to MDEQ requirements. Soil testing and groundwater monitoring are required. The entire project site shall be graded to allow for drainage and restored completely. All work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bids due 10/17
