Scope of Work: 1. All materials and debris to be hauled off site and disposed of within Michigan Department of Environmental Quality Waste and Hazardous Materials rules and guidelines with approved disposal verification provided. 2. Contractor responsible to identify presence of any hazardous materials and if present dispose of within Michigan DEQ Hazardous Materials procedures. 3. Building area to be restored to clean fill earth conditions. Burial of concrete and masonry acceptable only if covered by minimum nominal depth of 24 inches of clean fill earth or sand. No other material may be buried with concrete and masonry. 5. If demolition equipment necessitates any trees or shrubbery to be taken down they must be hauled off site. 6.
