Gull Lake Community Schools: Kellogg Elementary Project (9594 N. 40th Street Hickory Corners, MI 49060). The Project consists of site improvements, demolition of existing buildings, abatement of asbestos, renovations of existing spaces, and new construction including the additions of approximately 47,000 square feet. This includes two (2) single story classroom wing additions with precast and masonry construction. Each new addition consists of classrooms, common spaces, restrooms, and storage space. A new kitchen with food service equipment will be part of the construction as well as site improvements including parking and new children's playground. The Project also includes renovations of the following areas: classrooms, offices, media center, and secured entrances.
