Demolition of commercial and residential structures is being undertaken as an approved eligible activity under the Genesee County Land Bank Authority (GCLBA) Demolition Program. GCLBA invites the submission of proposals from contractors experienced and licensed to conduct the abatement, demolition and disposal of residential structures located in Genesee County.
