The Deerfield facility consists of 14 identified buildings, seven (7) structures which do not qualify as buildings, security fencing with razor wire, significant paving, light poles, and underground utilities. The demolition scope includes the demolition and disposal of all buildings, structures, pavement, fencing, underground utilities (excepting municipal utilities), and all below grade structures within the limits of demolition. The work includes appropriate cutting, capping, and appropriate abandonment of utilities.
