Department of Technology, Management, and Budget: Facility Demolition for Deerfield CF and Riverside CF. The Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) is requesting professional design and construction administration services to produce a demolition bid package for the demolition of two adjacent, vacant correctional facility complexes (Deerfield CF and Riverside CF). There are approximately eighteen (18) buildings and other various non-building structures at Deerfield CF and approximately thirty (30) buildings and other various non-building structures at Riverside CF to be removed. The building work shall show the complete removal of all buildings, including foundations, etc. All sitework elements shall also be shown removed from the site including, roadways, sidewalks, fencing, various structures, gates, etc. Underground work shown to be removed shall consist of utility lines (electric, gas, steam, water, sanitary, wells, etc.)
