The work includes: demolition of an existing building and selective demolition of existing facilities; earthwork and exterior improvements; concrete foundations and floors; pre-cast structural concrete building; thermal and moisture protection; doors and windows; aquaculture equipment (egg incubation and early rearing apparatus); plumbing systems; mechanical systems; electrical systems; exterior pavements; and utility work (pumps, lift stations, wells). Furthermore, the work also includes related safety systems, alarms, controls, and all appurtenant work to provide turn-key systems complete with custom installations, conformity to or modification of existing substrates and services, testing, de-bugging, documentation of performance, and owner training.
