Demolition and disposal of the East Annex building on the University of Maine Orono campus, Work consists of perimeter fencing, protections of existing adjacent utilities, removals of sections of pavement, replacing sections of sidewalks, site restoration, grading and loam. The University will disconnect utility feeds to the building. The contractor will be responsible for capping utility lines and conduit below grade, as well as coordinating with the University on the installation of new electric and data feeds to emergency station.
