The project consists of approximately 1,500 SF single-story wood- framed building demolition on Slocum Drive. Work includes demolition and removal of the building, the wood- framed basement foundation, and minor associated structures and equipment. All earth holes and depressions will be filled with compacted granular borrow. Underground electrical service to the neighboring Horticulture from the Casco Bay Keeper must be re-routed around the Ebcot building prior to demolition. Also existing water service to Horticulture from Construction Technology must be re-routed around the Ebcot building prior to demolition. Bids due 04/30
