The Project consists of renovation/addition work at Orono High School, Asa Adams Elementary School and associated site work including replacement of the competition track and associated athletic field. At Orono High School the work encompasses approximately 20,000 sf of additions including a 450-seat auditorium and 6,500 sf of renovation work. At Asa Adams Elementary School the work encompasses demolition or approximately 6,000 sf and the addition of 10,000 sf of work as well as selective demolition and accessibility upgrades throughout the building.
