Through this Request for Proposals , Town of Monmouth seeks proposals from qualified building demolition contractors to assist in the demolition of building additions and site improvements. Demolition work will include the demolition and removal of building, basements, and foundations, as well as, the demolition and removal of site improvements and foundation landscaping, as more particularly described herein. The firm selected must have qualified personnel who can represent Town of Monmouth in all aspects of property demolition.Major site demolition work is to take place surrounding a highly significant historic building that must be protected. The project shall work towards the next phase restoration of the original school structure dating to the 1850's.
