Demolition work will include the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing siding, roofing, floor and ceiling tiles, removal of entire building superstructure, removal of the foundation to three feet below grade, and any other materials. All demolition debris shall be disposed of at the appropriate waste facilities. All work shall be in accordance with plans and specifications for the demolition of the four buildings and site restoration earthwork and stabilization; and all materials and equipment, services, and construction inherent to the Work.
