Maryland Aviation Administration: Runway Safety Area Improvements - Flight Kitchen Demolition at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport Construction Contract No. MAA-CO-14-016 The work under this Contract is comprised of the following items: A. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals and supervision for partial building demolition and reconstruction for the “Flight Kitchen Demolition at 776 Elkridge Landing Rd, Linthicum Hts, MD 21090, as defined in the project drawings and specifications. Related tasks include, but are not limited to: 1. Establish required storm water management measures. 2. Demolish site improvements. 3. Re-grade and repave select areas. 4. Demolish part of the building structure including walls, foundations, roof and roof structure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing components. 5. Construct new portion of building including walls, foundations, roof and roof structure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing components. 6. Provide all temporary facilities necessary to allow continued occupation of other portions of the building. 7. Disposal of all demolition and other construction debris. 8.
