BRUNSWICK LANDING PHASE 1 BUILDING DEMOLITION PROJECT. The work in general consists of: Providing all labor, materials, equipment and all appurtenances necessary for the complete building demolition, removal and site restoration of Brunswick Landing Housing Quarters and Garages D, E, F, G, H and I, Brunswick Landing Buildings 109, 415, 402, 403, 637, 628, (225, 20, 41, 629, 630, 631, 633, 634, 661 and 662)* and Topsham Annex Buildings 332, 336, 337, 338 and 363 including, but not limited to: the isolation, capping, disconnecting and/or removal, as necessary of all water, sewer, gas, electrical, telephone and cable service systems from point of service connection at Utility to housing or buildings prior to demolition; comply with Material Management Plan (MMP) for MMRA for testing & classifying of soil (by Owner), stockpiling, removal and disposal of potentially contaminated soil associated with utility excavations or other excavations of in situ soils at Brunswick Landing Buildings (225, 41, 629, 630, 631, 633 and 634)* and Topsham Annex Buildings 332, 336, 337, 338 and 363; proper removal and disposal of all housing and building asbestos containing materials in accordance with State & Federal regulations from Brunswick Landing Housing Quarters D, E, F, G, H and I, Brunswick Landing Buildings 109, 415, 402, 637, 628, (225, 20, 41, 629, 630, 631, 633 and 634)* and Topsham Annex Buildings 332, 336, 337, 338 and 363; proper removal and disposal of all housing and building lead based paint materials in accordance with State & Federal regulations from Brunswick Landing Housing Quarters and Garages D, E, F, G, H and I, Brunswick Landing Buildings 402, 637, 628, (225, 20, 41, 629, 630, 631, 633 and 634)* and Topsham Annex Buildings 332, 336, 337, 338 and 363; proper removal and disposal of all housing and building universal waste materials in accordance with State & Federal regulations from Brunswick Landing Housing Quarters D, E, F, G, H and I, Brunswick Landing Buildings 109, 415, 402, 637, 628, (225, 20, 41, 629, 630, 631, 633 and 634)* and Topsham Annex Buildings 332, 337, 338 and 363; proper removal and disposal of all housing and building furnishings, equipment, non-ACM flooring, oil Bids due 03/08
