demolition and removal of the former Bangor Police Station at 35 Court Street and construction of a retaining wall (to be designed by CONTRACTOR). Also included is construction of 512 linear feet, more or less, of 24-inch diameter sewer main and laterals, 974 linear feet of 12-, 15- and 24-inch HDPE storm drain, new roadway, along with new manholes, catch basins and underground utilities with structures on Court Street and in the Penobscot County Courthouse parking lot in Bangor, Maine and other incidental work.
