Remove & dispose of concrete slabs, scattered bricks, cinder block materials, old appliances, metal posts. Asphalt materials may be abandoned in place. Fracture basement concrete slab and fill with on site masonry materials. Add clean fill to prevent slumping or depression and compact to existing grade. Locate collapse abandoned well pit walls and properly fill existing wells. Locate, pump, fracture and fill existing septic tanks with common fill and topsoil, seed and mulch all disturbed areas .Final grade all areas of disturbance
