Demolition of Pump House and Water Storage Facility - Demolition of Pump House (Facility 1152) / Water Storage (Facility 1151) and associated structural backfill/earthwork. Demolition and reroof of Base Hazardous Storage (Facility 1150) including the soffit/fascia/gutter/downspout construction, facility patching, new electrical service, and new domestic water service. Installation of insertable gate valve and lockable valve box. The Contractor shall at their own expense, remove all sludge, dusts and debris from the property of the Martin State Airport Air National Guard Base which have resulted from specific work described. The disposal of all such materials, which may include hazardous or toxic liquids that are used to perform the work, shall conform to all Federal, State, and Local environmental regulations with regards to both transportation and ultimate disposal. This project must comply with all Federal, State, and Local environmental regulations. All dumpster service and waste management shall be provided at no additional cost to the Government. All recyclable metal shall be placed into Martin State Airport scrap metal recycling containers.
