New process module RAS pump station building including pumps, electrical, instrumentation, and controls. 7. New denitrification filter and retrofit of existing sand filters including a methanol feed system with methanol storage tank, spill containment structure, and methanol feed pumps, backwash air compressor, and phosphoric acid feed system and controls. 8. New rapid mix tank including cast-in-place structure, mixer, electrical, instrumentation and controls. 9. Compressor building modifications, including new piping, electrical, instrumentation, and controls. 10. Power distribution system modifications and Process Control System. 11. Alum feed system modifications, including piping, electrical, and controls 12. Polymer feed system, including piping, electrical, and controls. 13. Associated site work and yard piping.14.
